AUG 05 - Using public vehicles during pregnancy is stressful in Kathmandu. It is very difficult for a pregnant woman to stand in a moving bus. They do not get a seat as soon as they get on the vehicle. A few people are very nice and they give up their seats to pregnant women when they climb on a bus. Many times, women cannot get a seat. In such a situation, it becomes difficult for them to stand in a moving bus bumping over the damaged roads of Kathmandu. Women really need a seat on public vehicles during pregnancy because they feel dizzy, nauseated and fatigued. It looks very uneasy and makes me mad when energetic people sit on priority seats, look straight at someone who is pregnant or elderly and do not attempt to offer their seats to them, especially labelled seats. The seats designated for women are debatable. Many times, I have found these seats occupied by young, energetic girls in college uniforms with headphones plugged into their ears, and a pregnant woman with a huge belly standing next to them. Are not these seats designated for those who need them. Priority should be given to those who need to be seated first. All the women think that designated seats are for them regardless of their health condition. Sometimes, there should be a feeling of humanity. A young girl who offers a seat to somebody less able than her is regarded as a civilised person. It is a matter of manners that we should respect elders and love the young. It is also uneasy to look at a man of around 70 years standing and a woman who is more able than. him occupying a seat. Seats should be designated for less abled people. When we see a person with a disability, an elderly person or a pregnant woman on a crowded bus, we should give up our seat to them. We should volunteer our seat whenever we see someone who is less physically able than us. Not getting a seat is one thing. But there’s something really rude about people who see a pregnant woman and try to barge their way on to the vehicle before her. They should keep in mind that the woman they are staring at is carrying a child, and she should be given priority to get inside the vehicle. Men, especially the young ones, have always been the ones to offer their seats to me when I was pregnant. These men used to be occupying non-priority seats. I got a priority seat only when they were empty. What I concluded during my pregnancy is that women occupying a priority seat never offer it to another woman. Source: www.ekantipur.com
The bun in her oven looks to be coming along nicely. And on Saturday, Brandon Jenner shared a photo of his pregnant wife Leah showing off her growing baby bump on Instagram. The 32-year-old daughter-in-law of Caitlyn Jenner - who revealed they are expecting a girl - appeared to be sitting in a waiting room while she practices her breathing patterns. Leah wore a body hugging purple maxi dress which she styled with a chambray collared shirt. The singer looked glowing as she wore her long blonde tresses in soft curls and just a touch of makeup on her flawless complexion. Brandon captioned the cute photo with different lovey-dovey emoticons including a heart and a family. The couple have yet to confirm the due date of their future daughter. There's another girl coming to the Jenner clan. In June, Leah shared an Instagram image breaking the news that she's expecting a daughter with her husband of three years. The bohemian songbird held a pink rose across her baby bump in the snap, which she captioned: 'So excited to meet our little girl'. Brandon kissed his white-dress clad childhood sweetheart, as she rests one hand under her precious cargo. It will be the first child for the couple, who tied the knot in May 2012 and announced in March they are expecting a baby. The blonde beauty has blossomed during her pregnancy, which she has documented with a series of Instagram shots. Recently the singer humorously wondered on Instagram if her baby's gender would be 'boy or girl. or burrito. It would probably be best to stay on the good side of Kim Kardashian right about now. The pregnant reality star - who just revealed she's suffering from the 'worst' morning sickness - has gone hell for leather on Twitter, lashing out at 'lies' being spread over her pregnancy, in an expletive-filled rant. It seemed so out-of-character for the 34-year-old that she later revealed Twitter had got in touch to check if her account had been hacked. When it comes to Kim, we think we know her formula for fail-safe dressing pretty well. A figure-hugging dress, strappy sandals and a general look of disdain seem to work pretty well. And this look here comprising of a Faith Connexion dress and Hermes sandals is no different. Well, if it ain't broke. This dress in particular has caught our eye. We've already spotted Kimmy rocking it in white and black but we think this khaki hue is our fave. Tapping perfectly into the utility trend sweeping runways this season at Victoria Beckham, Marc Jacobs and Derek Lam, this ribbed number will hug your curves AND look seriously on-trend. The best bit. Not only is it available to buy, it's even reduced. Click (right) to snap it up at now at STYLEBOP. Or head to our edit below for similar ribbed beauties from the high street. We'll be teaming this River Island pick with a slung on denim jacket and fresh white kicks for a cool take on summer chic. 'Pregnant KiKi does not play. *' Kim began, as she prepared to get a few things that had been bothering her off her chest. Kim - who announced that she was expecting her second child on Sunday - ranted to her 32. 3million followers: 'Can't wait til my website is active. I'm gonna do live video streaming so every time someone talks s*** I can go blast the f*** outta them. It was not clear exactly what had prompted Kim's anger, but she then replied to a fan who told her that talk show host Wendy Williams had speculated she was going to use a surrogate and fake her pregnancy with a prosthetic belly. ' Kim responded. 'This is the type of stuff I will address. If I got a surrogate I would say I did. Thankfully I didn't have 2. '. When another fan asked Kim why she would give negative people the satisfaction of responding she said: 'I just mean. Source: www.dailymail.co.uk
